Willow Moon
Belly Dance Group
The Willow Moon Dance Troupe chose their name because it symbolizes the Goddess, dreams, rhythms’ of the circle, and the lifelong power of sensual enchantment.
Hitomi, Serafina, Shika’ana, Zayda and Petra of Jordan has been shimmying together for several years under the instruction of Nalini.
They come together in the pure joy of belly dance to share its rock’ in hot magic with you!
The Members:
Hitomi
Hitomi is a natural dancer, starting Ballet at age of 5, Modern, Cheerleading, Figure Skating, instructed Jazz Dance and Jazzercise, competed in Ballroom Dance (Latin & Modern), danced Flamenco in Rosario Ancer Flamenco Dance Company, and currently Belly Dance in Nalini Performance Group. Her love of belly dance inspired by Nalini brings joy of sisterhood and celebration of this ancient dance.
Petra of Jordan

Shika’ana
Shika'Ana was climber and triathete before becoming a dancer. She spent years exploring the Northwest's back country while summitting Rainier, Olympus, Baker, Adams and many other challenging and lessor knowns peaks. She also spent several years competing in triathalons, until a car accident while on a bike ride left her unable to continue her love for endurance sports. Today, she enjoys a less extreme pace and enjoys sharing her passion for music and the joy of dance with audiences.
