Belly Dance Classes with Nalini

Belly Dance Workout
This class focuses on conditioning for and through Belly Dance as well as more traditional workout methods (sit-ups etc.). Different muscle groups (core/abdominals, gluts, etc.) are worked through exercises and simple combinations. Choreographies are not taught in this class.

Beginning Belly Dance

This class provides a foundation in Belly Dance, focusing on developing flexibility in addition to strengthening and isolating different areas of the body.

Saturday 10:00-10:55 am ($48/month)

Intermediate Belly Dance

This class continues Beginning Belly Dance’s focus on flexibility, strength, and isolations. It introduces and drills layering of movements and more advanced/complex combinations. This class is required preparation to join Jewels of Fire.

Belly Dance Choreography

The class focuses on intermediate/advanced choreographies which may utilize props such as veils, swords, silk fans etc. It is the core class of Jewels of Fire, however, all students of intermediate/advanced level are welcome to attend.
