Spiritual Indian dance
with Nalini, 2003 Bellydance Champion of Russia


This class is based on Kathak dance style. You will learn classical dance steps, hand moves, expressions. You will learn choreographies to perform at the temple and outside.

Similar to some Yoga moves this class will teach you the muscle control, poise, and steadiness that you will need to be a fantastic dancer as well as great exercise. All levels encouraged and welcomed. All levels are welcome and will benefit from regular attendance.


Nalini is formally trained in classical Russian ballet, Indian Kathak dance, and Arabian bellydance, and holds a degree in dance choreography from the Nizhyn College of Culture in Ukraine.  Many of her former students in the Ukraine and Russia now hold multiple titles from international dance competitions.  She is known for her grace, purity of movement, and warm  presence and personality on stage.

Saturdays 1:00-2:30pm

Rates: $17 drop in or $15 per class of the session
