We are looking for volunteers to help us run Family Night on Oct 5th.

5:30 - 6:15pm - Dinner ($5 per family Y members only)
6:00 - 6:30 - Belly Dance demonstration and family class in Gym
6:30 - 7:00 - Family Cardio Blast
7:00 - 7:30 - Belly Dance repeat
7:30 - 8:00 - Cardio Blast repeat

Family Swim (starts @ 7pm)
